About Our Staff

At both Fetcham Kids Club and Daisychain Preschool we feel that our staff are our best asset. In addition to formal qualifications all out staff show commitment, enthusiasm and a desire to support each unique child.

All our staff are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and signed up to the update service, we expect all new staff to undertake Safeguarding training within six months of commencing their employment with us. We ensure, that at least half the staff on the premises, hold a level 3 or above qualification and an up to date paediatric first aid qualification. We encourage all staff to attend regular staff meetings and training to keep their knowledge current and assist with their own personal development.
